Job Description
Bartender:
Responsible for the highest level of guest service while observing responsible beverage service. Provide requested beverage cocktail and/or recipe preparation and delivery cordially to guests and/or beverage servers. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of work area, bar tops, floors and line equipment. Receives, issues and keeps necessary records of liquor and other bar supplies. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registry, Nevada Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Cook:
Prepare all food items according to standard recipes or as otherwise specified by supervisor to ensure consistency of product to the guest. Check and control the proper storage of all products, checking on portion control to maintain quality products. Monitor and keep all refrigeration, storage and equipment in clean, working condition. Visually inspect, select and use only the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats and food products of the highest standard in preparation of all menu items. Read and employ math skills to follow standard recipes and menu specifications. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Health Card.
Housekeeping Supervisor:
Responsible for running daily reports in LMS. Counsel and effectively communicate any issues that may arise during the shift, and issue corrective counseling to Team Members if necessary. Must be able to ensure that overall cleanliness is up to hotel standards. Must be able to respond professionally to any team member and/or guest concerns and resolve them efficiently.
Surveillance Investigator:
Utilizes approved and necessary equipment to identify, record, document and report illegal and unusual activities occurring in all gaming areas, non-gaming areas and back of the house. Reports all illegal and unusual activities to the appropriate authorities. Maintains consistent and continuous self-education program to further job-related knowledge and skills. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registry.
True Rewards Supervisor:
Work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision. Deal with several problems requiring initiative and good judgment. Do preliminary investigation on customer complaints involving True Rewards agents, policies or procedures. Personally respond to disgruntled guests using GREATER Guest Service. Continually evaluate agent skills, recommend/provide specific individual direction, training and feedback to agents as appropriate and in a timely manner. Use Outlook, Excel and Word to create and maintain worksheets, memos and letters. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming registry.
