Job Description
Bus Person:
Bus and set tables in the outlet. Pre-bus tables to ensure guests have all utensils and condiments necessary. Maintains the side and drink stations by cleaning and stocking. Assist servers with drink orders and drink replenishing. Must be at least 18 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Health Card.
Front Desk Clerk (GSA):
Greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service and maintains/closes out guest accounts while standing at the Front Desk and utilizing a computer to meet the company’s high standards of quality. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Kitchen Manager:
Establish and maintain standards of service, organization and management of daily operations for the kitchen. Supervise staff and staffing levels. Ensure the operational effectiveness of the outlet involving performance standards, expense costs, and food quality at a level consistent with an upscale dining environment. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Non-Gaming card.
LOA Coordinator:
Responsible for providing day-to-day support on benefits inquiries, assisting with communications, enrollment, and events, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company policies. Additionally, ADA, workers' compensation, and various leave types (e.g., family/medical, union, personal, military) while working closely with corporate HR to support team member and maintain compliance. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Stockman’s Food Server:
Provide amazing guest service while taking, retrieving, and serving food and beverage orders to guest tables according to venue specifications in a professional courteous and efficient manner and complete side work. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
