Job Description
Armed Security Officer:
Provide protection for guests and team members. Guard all transfers of moneys and tokens on the casino floor and transport hopper fills, chip fills and credits. Interact with guests and team members in a professional manner and interact with local law enforcement agencies as required. Patrol all areas of the casino and hotel. Assist guests with room keys. Respond to reports of guest and/or team member injury or illness. Preserve the scene of criminal activity for investigators and outside agencies. Complete all incident reports pertaining to outside patrol issues. Escort armored car personnel around the property. Escort trespassing individuals off property. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada CCW, Nevada Gaming Registry and Alcohol Awareness Card.
Bingo Attendant:
Responsible for selling Bingo cards, calling the game, floor verifications, and payouts. Assist customers in learning to play Bingo by providing information and instructions. Drop and activate the blower, clearly and distinctly calling out the letter and number of each ball as it is drawn. Place the balls on camera pedestal so the letters and numbers are displayed on the monitors. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registry.
Engineer III Electrician:
Performs all types of troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, preventative maintenance and repairs for equipment, environmental spaces and grounds as assigned. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and department policies and procedures. Works independently in majority of tasks; requires little or no supervision. High responsibility level, especially when dealing directly with guests. Must know the critical power distribution systems and take appropriate actions as needed (i.e. system failures, power outages, etc.) Install or re-direct electrical circuits as needed; Must be able to use power tools, chemicals, electrical and mechanical devices; Walk daily routes to ensure all necessary repairs are made. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Security Officer:
Provides security/safety for our guests/employees and property assets, can assist in all emergency situations. Offers accurate and courteous service, along with the knowledge of casino responsibilities, investigates situations according to the company and departments standards as well as prepare written reports. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Gaming Registry.
Valet Attendant:
Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner ensuring the utmost in vehicle safety. Greet guests upon arrival and answer questions they may have, including information regarding property products, services and/or events. Assist guests in and out of their vehicles, as necessary. Verify with guests if they are checking-in while inquiring if assistance with luggage is needed. Walk around the vehicle and document any existing damage on the key packet. Accurately issue tickets, ensuring the guests’ keys are properly logged and secured. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Awareness card, Valid Driver’s License and 10 Year DMV Printout.
