Job Description
Assistant Beverage Manager:
Assists the Beverage Manager in selecting, training, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling beverage associates. Places beverage orders in Stratton-Warren. Performs daily labor and payroll edits in KRONOS. Executes month-end inventory by physically counting all beverage products. Administers progressive discipline and attendance points according to company policy. Adheres to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement. Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety and sanitation. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Gaming Registry.
Barista:
Plan, prepare, set up and provide quality service in all areas of the outlet to include, but not limited to, hot and cold menu items, desserts, and wines in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Must be at least 21 Years of Age. Be able to obtain and maintain an Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
Hospitality Attendant:
Responsible to check out a bank and for cashiering duties, answers phone, greets guests, seats guests, moves tables and chairs, adjusts table settings and maintains a clean work area. Responsible to assist guests in person and on the phone with any questions or concerns. Greets and seats guests. Ensures a clean and presentable work area. Must be at least 18 Years of Age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Health Card.
LOA Specialist:
As the LOA Coordinator, you play an important role in managing team members' benefits and leaves of absence. You provide day-to-day support on benefits inquiries, assist with communications, enrollment, and events, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies. Additionally, you oversee ADA, workers' compensation, and various leave types (e.g., family/medical, union, personal, military) while working closely with corporate HR to support team members and maintain compliance.
Surveillance Investigator Trainee:
Has the responsibility to maintain knowledge and understand the current property casino gaming operations, Surveillance Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies and Procedures. Utilize provided equipment, databases and software to identify, record, document and report illegal, unusual or suspicious activities occurring in all gaming areas, non-gaming areas and back of the house. Participate in the Continuous Education Program with a minimum of 20 hours of training a year through self-study and attend mandatory in-house and outside training in preparation to acquire and maintain the job knowledge needed to perform as a Level 1 Investigator.
