Job Description
Barista:
Plan, prepare, set up and provide quality service in all areas of the outlet to include, but not limited to, hot and cold menu items, desserts, and wines in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Must be at least 21 Years of Age. Be able to obtain and maintain an Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
EVS Porter
: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel/casino. Will be required to clean slot machines, ashtrays, ledges, restaurants, restrooms, offices or other areas of the hotel/casino. Might be required to assist in other areas as needed. Will follow all operating procedures, safety regulations and sanitation practices involving bio-hazard clean ups and day-to-day job duties. Must be at least 21 Years of Age.
Kitchen Worker/Dishwasher:
Responsible for deep cleaning of kitchen equipment in accordance with hotel and Health Department standards. Complete washing of dishes, pots, pans, and other equipment used in the kitchen. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Use correct chemicals for designated items for cleaning and sanitizing various surfaces according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements Must be at least 16 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Health card.
Pool Bartender:
Works independently under the management of the Beverage Department with a focus on providing beverage service to all guests at the bar area, including cocktail servers. Responsible for the highest level of guest service while observing responsible beverage service. Provide requested beverage cocktail and/or recipe preparation and deliver cordially to guests and/or beverage servers. Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of work area, bar tops, floors and line equipment. Receives, issues and keeps necessary records of liquor and other bar supplies. Refills and stocks garnishes and glassware. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Health Card, Nevada Non Gaming card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
Security Dispatcher:
Responsible for the successful security surveillance review, communication, and deployment of security officers as necessary to respond to calls for aid and/or other assistance, as dictated during a normal shift. Reviews and records footage requests. Handles any escalated issues within the normal daily course of business within the dispatch room. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registry and Alcohol Awareness card.
