Job Description
Armed Security Officer:
Responsible for providing protection for guests and team members. Guarding all transfers of moneys and tokens on the casino floor and transport hopper fills, chip fills and credits. Interacting with guests and team members in a professional manner and interact with local law enforcement agencies as required. Patrolling all areas of the casino and hotel. Assisting guests with room keys. Responding to reports of guest and/or team member injury or illness. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Health Card, Nevada CCW and Alcohol Awareness Card.
Café Food Server:
Responsible for taking accurate food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables according to venue specifications and to engage with guests in a professional courteous and efficient manner and complete side work. Maintaining knowledge of all restaurant menu options and answers guests’ questions about the menu. Delivering food to guests, ensuring that the proper order was received and that beverages are refilled. Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card.
Executive Guest Ambassador:
Responsible for checking in and checking out of VIP guests. Preparing key packets for guest arrivals. Booking reservations, running reports for check ins, check outs and casino count reports. Creating keys for VIP amenities to be delivered. Creating all reports associated with items listed. Ordering Executive Guest Service area food items from the Chef weekly. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registry, Alcohol Awareness Card, and Nevada Health Card.
Hospitality Attendant:
Responsible to handle a cash bank. Responsible to assist guests in person and on the phone with any questions or concerns. Greets and seats guests. Ensures a clean and presentable work area. Performs open and close shift duties including setting and moving tables and chairs. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Health Card.
Security Bike Officer:
Provides protection for the casino and its employees and guests. Guard all transfers of moneys and tokens, chips and credits on the casino floor. Performs the duties of a security officer. Completes all incident reports pertaining to outside patrol issues. Controls the flow of traffic at the entrance of the garage and inside the garage. Escort armored car personnel around the property. Functions as fire control center officer and time officer to relieve other officers for their breaks. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registry, Nevada CCW and an Alcohol Awareness Card. Must be at least 21 years of age.
