Takes accurate food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables according to venue specifications and to engage with guests in a professional courteous and efficient manner and complete side work. Maintains knowledge of all restaurant menu options and answers guests’ questions about the menu. Delivers food to guests, ensuring that the proper order was received and that beverages are refilled. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Awareness Card and Health Card.
Floor Supervisor:
Supervise all casino games. Possess knowledge of basic strategy, money management and skill criteria on games authorized to supervise. Knowledge of and compliance with all departmental policies, service standards and gaming regulations, as they pertain to Table Games. Anticipate guest’s needs, acknowledge and respond promptly to all requests. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction based upon rules of the games, comping criteria or other pertinent factors. Must be at least 21 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Gaming Registry.
Kitchen Worker/Dishwasher:
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Use correct chemicals for designated items for cleaning and sanitizing various surfaces according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements. Operate and maintain various machines such as dishwashing machines, garbage disposals, sinks, grills, broilers, pots, pans, utensils, stoves, flat tops, ovens and all other kitchen equipment and surfaces including the breakdown of machines as assigned. Must be at least 16 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a Health Card.
Lifeguard:
Maintains supervision of the pool, ensuring the safety of the pool area. Appropriately addresses any issues, concerns or rule violations with guests. Recognizes and responds effectively to all emergencies. Must be at least 16 years of age. Be able to obtain and maintain a CPR/First Aid Certification and Lifeguard Certification.
Uniform Attendant:
Issues team member uniforms. Scans dirty uniforms and prepares them for cleaners. Receives clean uniforms from cleaners and hangs in proper area. Checks all uniforms for repairs and damage. Takes repairs to the seamstress area. Replaces barcodes and pink labels. Processes new hires and terms. Must be at least 18 years of age.
