Dr. Ronald Graham worked several years in Counter terrorism and Soft Target Terrorism in Las Vegas, and most recently served in Afghanistan as a Law Enforcement Professional with the 19th Military Police Battalion Criminal Investigation Division (through 2011). He was selected for the USMC Tactical Site Exploitation (TSE) Mobile Training Team for Southern Afghanistan. He initially traveled to several Combat Outposts and Patrol Bases in the Helmand Province and trained Marines in TSE techniques. He also enabled several complex investigations in order to assists in the identification of Taliban Insurgents and facilitated evidence throughout Southern Afghanistan. Working in collusion with Intelligence, he ensured the military Commanders were updated with the Biometric exploitation information and current Intelligence as it was developed.
His experiences in Strategic Security run wide and deep: besides his contributions with the U.S. Army, his background includes the California Sheriff's Department, Police Academy leadership, academic leadership working both as a Criminology Professor and as a UNLV Director, global high-visibility corporation facilities security direction (Planet Hollywood), and crisis-zone law enforcement and security operations (Iraq and Afghanistan). He supervised several large projects for the DHS during his career of service to our country. He is a DHS Certified Expert in Soft Target Terrorism and Emergency Management Response. Dr. Graham also served in the US Army during Viet Nam in Operations/Intelligence in the 82nd Airborne and later as a Drill Instructor
Dr. Graham holds a BA in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento; a MS in Criminology from California State University, Fresno; and a PhD in Organization & Leadership/International Multicultural Education from University of San Francisco.
