As a 20-year resident in the area, I’ve witnessed firsthand the growth and evolution of our community, and I’m deeply committed to its continued success. At the Laughlin Chamber of Commerce, we’re more than just an organization; we’re a community hub dedicated to promoting growth, prosperity, and collaboration among our members and the entire Colorado River Region.

Bon Appetite, nothing is sweeter than giving! Hold on tight for a night of philanthropy, entertainment, dancing and fun with great food for a great cause! Celebrating its 25th year, the Chefs Food Fest hosted by the Aquarius Casino will be held Thursday, June 21, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. This is one of the most popular events of the year and one of the largest fundraisers for the River Fund, Inc. Each year, the Laughlin Chamber makes a commitment to donate $15,000, which is dedicated to the local area. The proceeds assist with emergency service referrals, special cases of displaced homeless families as well as regional disaster relief for the local area.

Sample extraordinary fare from over 20 of the Tri-states finest restaurants and beverage companies! Guests will experience amazing food, spirits, brews and wine tastings. This year the properties will be competing again for the "Best of the Best Food People’s Choice Trophy", won by the Tropicana/River Palms and the “Best of the Best Booth Design People’s Choice Trophy” won by Harrah’s Laughlin in 2011. The competition is electric, so join us and vote for your favorite restaurant, brewery, distillery or winery in 2012!

After your pallet has been fulfilled with cuisine and spirits, dance the night away with “Matt Farris and his Kinfolk Band” sponsored by Radio Central – KJJJ. Matt is a cutting edge country singer from Nashville, TN. He was raised in Lake Havasu where he has been entertaining since he could talk. Not only is Matt an amazing entertainer, but he believes in giving back and does so thru tirelessly performing for charity events. He has been in Nashville working on his first album and will be performing his newly released single, “Red Neck Radio” the evening of the Food Fest. Don’t miss Matt and his high energy show where you will be paying it forward and dancing your heart away!
