VVMC Adds Orthopedic Surgeon, Michelle Klaumann, MD, to Medical Staff
Fort Mohave, AZ (March 6, 2018) – Valley View Medical Center announces the addition of orthopedic surgeon Michelle Klaumann, MD, to its medical staff. Dr. Klaumann is board certified in orthopedics with a fellowship in pediatric orthopedics.
Dr. Klaumann is devoted to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the bones, and joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. She provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages, newborn to the elderly.
Dr. Klaumann is skilled at providing treatment of fractures, orthopedic soft tissue trauma sports injuries, degenerative joint disease and joint infections in adults.
In children, Dr. Klaumann manages musculoskeletal conditions, including newborn and acquired limb deformities, gait abnormalities, bone and joint infections, broken bones, anomalies associated with neuromuscular diseases and sports injuries.
“I want to provide high quality orthopedic care to patients that currently can’t get their needs met locally”, said Dr. Klaumann. “This allows them to remain in the community for the treatment and rehabilitation of their orthopedic conditions.”
Dr. Klaumann graduated from University Of Kansas, School Of Medicine. She completed a residency at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. Dr. Klaumann is fellowship-trained in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery. She currently practices at Tri-State Orthopedic Institute in Bullhead City.
