21st Annual Boombox Parade
In the Spirit of Giving

Bullhead City, AZ: The Colorado River Women’s Council is excited to announce the 2019 Boom Master for our Boombox Parade. The parade will take place on December 6th. This year’s theme is “Christmas Around the World” and as always, In the Spirit of Giving. The parade is scheduled to begin at 6:00PM and will travel a 2-mile route alone Hancock to Alonas Way.

This year the CRWC would like to congratulate Boom Master Lin Clark! Lin was nominated for her extensive involvement in our community dating all the way back to 1985. Lin has been involved with many community events including creating and chairing Laughlin Townfest, VETS4PETS, and her position as President and CFO at TV2 KLBC.

Lin was born and raised on a farm in the rolling hills of western Pennsylvania. She was raised by her grandparents who taught her the value of hard work. After graduating high school, Lin took a job as a receptionist for an industrial air conditioning and venting company. Soon she was heading up the sales team for that company and did so for 10 years. While vacationing in Phoenix, Lin met the love of her life, Bruce – after 10 days she went back to Pennsylvania, sold everything and headed out west. Soon after Bruce and Lin were married, and the rest was history.

This year we lost Bruce in June. He has been a staple at the Boom Box parade for many years. Not only was Bruce the voice of TV2, he was also the announcer at the parade. Him and his voice will be sorely missed. This year we honor Bruce and Lin for all that they have done for our community and the Colorado River Women’s Council.

The Boombox Parade is proudly sponsored by Mohave Electric Cooperative and Perkins Restaurant & Bakery.
