29th Annual Bids for Kids Charity Auction set for Friday January 31st

Tri-State’s largest charity auction event is sure to bring in great packages for a great cause.

Laughlin, January 31^st, 2020 is the date for the 29^th annual Bids for Kids Charity Auction. This year’s event will be hosted by the Aquarius Casino Resort and sponsored by Horizon Community Bank. The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Colorado River is excited to utilize mobile bidding again. The program allows attendees to bid from their phone and pay instantly allowing folks to skip the long lines. Last year our guests gave the system rave reviews and were able to spend more time mingling with their friends and browsing for items rather than waiting in lines. Our ultimate goal is to raise funds for the Club and provide our guests with a wonderful experience.” said Autumn Boyle-Robinson Boys & Girls Club CEO.
This year’s event will include a variety of items up for auction from local companies, travel destinations, artists, sports memorabilia and of course the very popular Kid Art. The Aquarius will be preparing a delicious Italian meal for all to enjoy and the bars will be open. Tickets are available online at www.clubriver.org General seating starts at $40 per ticket with reserved tables and VIP packages available as well. The Aquarius has a special room rate for attendees $55 +$15 Resort Fee- call 800-662-5825 to book their reservations by 1/13/20and ask for Group Code GRBGCAU.
Individuals and businesses who have items that they would like to donate for the auction can drop items off at any of the Club’s locations or call 928-763-1411 and talk to Donna to arrange a pick up. Items for the auction need to be received no later than Jan 24^th. Tickets are expected to sell out, so buy your tickets soon.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Colorado River is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most to realize their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens. The Club has four locations; 2250 Highland Rd, Bullhead City AZ 86442, and 1975 Arie Avenue, Laughlin NV 89029, and 5890 Hwy 95, Suite F, Fort Mohave 86426, and the TEEN Center at 967 Hancock Rd. Bullhead AZ 86442. The clubs provide after school programs and summer day camp to over 1,600 students annually.
