CAFÉ ATTENDANT: Health Card Required: 1 – Full Time
Provide quality service in all areas of the outlet to include, but not limited to, hot and cold menu items, desserts and coffee beverages to standard recipes, courteously and efficiently to guests according to company standards in a fast-paced environment.  Handle cash register transactions accurately. Follow all Health Department and other state, local and federal regulations.  
 
FOOD SERVER: 21, AES, Health Card Required: 1 - Part Time
Accountable for creating a pleasant dining experience for all guests by taking and serving food and beverage orders efficiently and courteously. Able to push and/or pull, lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. above and below shoulder level. Previous experience required.
 
FRONT DESK CLERK: 2 – Full Time
Front desk experience preferred.  Greet customers; perform check-in and check-outs.  Room assignments based on special requests and needs of guests. Work closely with the Housekeeping department for guest requests and issues. Handle all monetary transactions.  Handle room discrepancies and other issues. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
 
GUEST ROOM ATTENDANT: (Always Open): Full Time
Prepare guestrooms for our guests and deliver customer care service during their stay according to established minimum standards. Basic housekeeping abilities are required and
must be able to handle physical and environmental demands.
 
HOST(ESS)/CASHIER: Health Card Required: 1 – Full Time
Great Customer Service skills. Ability to welcome guests efficiently and courteously. Prior experience as a Cashier and working in a food service industry. Food Server experience is a plus.
 
 
HOUSEPERSON: 1 - Full Time
Provide guest room attendants with supplies; count distribute clean linen; pick up trash; move or add furniture; keep linen room clean and stocked, and vacuum when needed; clean stairway, banisters, light fixtures, and windows; clean elevator; keep walkways clean and change light bulbs.
 
PANTRY COOK: Health Card Required: 1 – Full Time
Ability to follow al functions related to food preparation for the restaurant. Ability to read and execute standard recipes and procedures and experience in recipe conversion. Prepare garnishes, salads, and keep areas stocked.
 
SECURITY ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR: 21, Gaming, & AES Card Required: 1 - Full Time
A Security Assistant Supervisor oversees Officers who protect and ensure the safety of employees and guest. In addition to administrative functions, making job assignments and briefing, the Assistant Supervisor monitors staff by patrolling with them. The Assistant Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the electronic surveillance equipment used on premises. Previous Security or Military background desired, proficient in oral and written communication skills. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must be able to obtain First Aid and C.P.R. Certification.
 
SECURITY OFFICER: 21, Gaming, & AES Card Required: 2 - Full Time
Previous Security or Military background desired, proficient in oral and written communication skills. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and able to obtain First Aid and C.P.R.Certification.
 
STEWARD: Health Card Required: 2 – Full Time
Ability to operate dish machine and floor scrubber, assist in set-up and breakdown of banquets and meetings; able to twist, stand, reach, bend, walk, crouch, and work around chemicals. Ability to deep clean all equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, drains, coves, etc. in food & beverage outlets according to cleaning schedule.
