Jen and Jody will review the Nevada Revised Statutes with you to detail Nevada’s unique pay practice laws. Even if you have been working in this area for years, you will learn the underlying reason certain practices are followed in Nevada. They will also discuss common wage and hour mistakes, explaining liability traps under both state and federal wage and hour law.
